Nicholas DeMiro - Board Member
Nick DeMiro is President of Mayco International, LLC, taking the helm in 2006. Nick is critical to setting the strategy that has transformed the companies’ offerings and fueled its growth. Nick is experienced in business development, M&A, manufacturing, and business leadership. Nick graduated the United States Military Academy in 1989 with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. He has earned his MS in Systems Management in 1992 from the University of Southern California (Frankfort, Germany). Nick served six years of active duty as an Aviation Officer and three years of Reserve Service in the United States Army. Upon leaving the military, Nick went to work in the Automotive Industry as an engineer and quickly rose through the ranks, holding various executive positions. He presently serves on the Advisory Board of a private company, and is a member of Vistage, a peer advisory organization. Nick served as a member and Officer of the West Point Society of Michigan for ten years. He is married to Martha, and they have three adult children.
Arthur Ledlie - Board Member
President and CEO of Bridge Networks, a leadership training, housing and resourcing non-profit organization. Arthur also serves as CEO and Dean for The Embassy Training Center and Director of Fire House United Prayer and Global Impact. He is a marketing, logistics and business development consultant for engineering, construction and non-profit organizations. He facilitates organizational development, communications, urban development,
evangelism projects, church planting and missions for churches and groups.
Sharyl Salvatore - Board Member
Has worked in the Commercial Property Management arena for over 30 years, and specializes in budgeting and financial planning. She has served on the board since the inception of Vets Returning Home.
Ingo Pridoehl - Board Member
Bachelor of Science in Finance, Masters in Business Administration, 25 years in the corporate finance arena, general contracting and real estate investment.

Martha DeMiro - Board Member
Martha DeMiro is a dedicated community leader and advocate with a strong commitment to supporting veterans, families, and civic engagement. A devoted mother, she raised three wonderful children while remaining deeply involved in her community through years of volunteer service, including as a cheer mom supporting youth athletics, high school football fundraising and HOA secretary. Martha currently serves in leadership and membership roles with the Rochester Area Republican Club and the Oakland County Republican Party, and she also serves as a Precinct Delegate in Rochester, MI. Known for her integrity, compassion, and organizational leadership, Martha brings a strong sense of service, patriotism, and dedication to every organization she supports. Her passion for honoring and assisting America’s veterans makes her an excellent candidate for a board position with a veteran charity. In 2019, Martha was a committee member for the Vets Returning Home fundraiser. Martha is married to Nick DeMiro, and they have three children, 3 grandchildren and many furry friends.
